Bedroom is now an open plan space along with every other room, spot the black lines on the floor where we have decided we will put internal walls. the front bedroom will be huge and the en-suite not so huge but thats the joy of being able to do what we want with internal stud walls. Andy has now given us full price for everything so its all become very serious. Will we decide to give him the go ahead for the extension, will we have holes for footings soon.... time will tell

Why are there no piles of rubble lying around like on our site when they're demolishing things? Has Andy got a brushing up Pixie?
